German-Canadian Centre for Innovation and Research

The German-Canadian Centre for Innovation and Research (GCCIR) is an initiative for the development of European-Canadian research and business relations. The Centre provides support for the exchange of information, development of networks, and the establishment and cultivation of collaborative partnerships in academia, business, and industry. The central focus is on enhancing international knowledge and technology transfer, and on raising the profile of Canada and Europe as centres of excellence in innovation and research.
