The Bold Leadership Program will help you build your awareness of technologies and trends as well as develop leadership skills and confidence to implement changes in your business.
We will help you look for opportunities to strategically incorporate digital in your business across a broad range of areas, including Strategy & Leadership, Customer Engagement, Digital Brand and Marketing, Process & Operations, Data and Analytics, Culture, and People & Organization.
In a supportive group environment, we will discuss opportunities and obstacles and ways to overcome the challenges many entrepreneurs face in implementing new digital processes in their businesses.
