Our analytical laboratory is equipped to test many of the key components of food quality. Our instrumentation includes liquid and gas chromatographs, Bio-Chemistry analyzer, texture analyzer, color measurements, Karl Fischer titrator and various other specialized instruments. Our team has significant experience in glycoalkaloids measurements, total fatty acid profile, color measurements, texture measurement, grain hardness, carbohydrate, vitamin E, sugars, and essential oil analysis.
