The goal of Startup Lloyd is not only to ensure a small business survives the start-up period, but also continues to grow and thrive long after their launch. In order to reach this goal, we provide in depth business coaching services as well as a variety of training intensives.
This program is facilitated by leaders from our region who have hands-on leadership experience to supplement their formal training in leadership development. All of the facilitators are passionate about leadership development and have had the opportunity to see the positive results of effective leadership for individuals and the organizations they work with.
Focusing on three key leadership areas, the Leadership Series is an in depth training program to enhance your skills as a leader. The areas of focus are: Personal Leadership, Team Leadership and Organizational Leadership.
